Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies to all eligible delivery regions unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Please note:

• Orders may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
• Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

Import costs vary depending on local regulations and destination countries.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To ensure prompt shipment, orders enter processing shortly after being placed.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your massage chair or wellness product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

• External and internal packaging
• Shipping labels and documentation

Our team will evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution when applicable.

Lost Packages

If a shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will investigate the matter and provide a replacement after verification.
